NRG Bridges

PDM Records releases “Intertwined Roots”, recorded at Artesuono di Stefano Amerio, the album by NRG Bridges, the trio born from the collaboration between Gianluigi Trovesi and NovoTono, the duo of brothers Adalberto and Andrea Ferrari: three artists, three generations, common instruments the clarinet and for the sax to animate an interplay as dense as it is deep.

WOOD(WINDS) AT WORK

Wood seen both as an inspirational element of nature and as a working material.
In both cases the imagination leads us to imagine other dimensions. Consider, for example, the wood grain, the ripples of of a tree’s barks. But also think about the thousand objects of craftsmanship that can be created with wood, the vibrations transmitted by it through a huge variety of musical instruments.

ESSENTIAL LINES ⁽²⁰¹⁹⁾

The “Essential lines” are the essential lines of the “times”, both chronological and musical. Each composition, while recounting a different idea, turns out to be a moment of insertion between these two elements. Time and musical expressiveness lead us to a different dimension and a perception of “flowing”.

The album was previewed by many musicians who expressed great approval in their opinions and thoughts, among others: Gianluigi Trovesi, Claudio Fasoli, Javier Girotto, Stefano Zenni, Tino Tracanna, Ben Golberg, Dave Douglas, Bruce Ackley, Jon Raskin, Jim Hartog.

The Mixiland Jazz Band is one of the many expressions of power that music has in overcoming any kind of barrier. The Band was born in 2006 from an idea of ​​the musician Felice Clemente, a well-known saxophonist, clarinettist, and composer at an international level.

This CD represents a milestone in the journey of Mixiland Jazz Band (fondly known as MJB) and metaphor of life, where commitment, perseverance, respect and team spirit are always fruitful.
